University Course Membrane Processes (HSK) 2016

30.05 - 01.06.2016

Every second year the Department of Chemical Process Engineering at RWTH Aachen University organizes a course on membrane processes. The next course will take place from May 30th to June 1st 2016 in Aachen and is hosted by Prof. Matthias Wessling. The course will be held in German.

About 50 engineers and scientists, who work in the fields of sales, design, operation and monitoring of membrane processes, take part in the course during their career start in the field of membranes or to enhance their practical experiences with theoretical knowledge.

In lectures and case studies the three-day course addresses the theoretical principles as well as a variety of applications of membrane technologies. In addition to the fundamentals, the design of membrane plants and the comparison of these to alternative processes are focused. The visit of our laboratory and pilot scale sites and a joint dinner complete the course program.
